Kellan Moulton

Barrister and Solicitor

After working as a summer student at Poole Lawyers in 2016, I ventured off to finish my law degree and then to practice law in Ontario. I rejoined the firm three years later when I returned home to Calgary.

At Poole Lawyers, we aim to help those who have been seriously aggrieved. The lawyers in our office all share a similar mission and that is to practice ethical law and to put the client first.

Our firm specializes in malpractice claims against other lawyers. When a lawsuit is mishandled or a mistake is made, clients can feel like they have no recourse. They need protection and that is what we are here to give. We advocate on behalf of those who are hurt because of someone else’s error and make right again what has gone wrong.

At Poole Lawyers, we believe in connecting with our clients and developing a relationship based on trust . We earn the trust of our clients by being excellent listeners, prioritizing our clients’ wellbeing, and, of course, providing sound advice.

One of my favourite things about working at Poole Lawyers is the collaborative environment in which our office practices the law, which is unique compared to larger firms. The ability to work together to find solutions for our clients is especially rewarding.

When I’m not at the office, I can be usually be found going for a run along Calgary’s tremendous pathway system. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and visiting local breweries with my wife Amy and dog Bosco.
